It's a bit ridiculous, really, how often it's offline. It's not the admins' faults for all the downtime, but with the number of admins we have, at least one of them should check on the server more often than this. THIS is the reason we probably lose so many players.

Honestly ive been watching the fourms and i have not seen a single admin on at all today. Is there some maintence they didn't tell us about? Perhaps they are busy, I honestly don't know. Still i agree with Eria. This is somewhat ridiculous even though i havent even been here a week yet. Especialy on a sunday...There should be an admin on.

There are five admins. And yes, they certainly are busy with their lives and I'm sure this isn't a major priority compared to school or work. But with five of them, at least one should have logged on to fix the problem by now. If there is maintenance and it needs to be down for one reason or another, then we should at least be notified. In order to run a good server, the players should have a good experience. I know the mods sometimes cause crashes, there's nothing to be done about that, but when it happens someone should be there to bring it back up instead of leaving players confused as to when it'll ever be back online. I suppose all we can do is be patient and hope the admins can start to sort out their priorities. Otherwise I'm sure we'll start losing more players than we already have. |
